Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Placing an order online from Reason to Believe is quick and easy.
- On the top menu bar, visit our Shop. You will be directed to a page of all the products available for purchase.
- Click on the product you are interested in purchasing.
- On the next page, chose the Type of product, and if prompted, the Language you wish to order.
- Choose the Quantity you require.
- Click Add to Cart.
- You will be taken to your Cart. You may opt to Continue Shopping by clicking on the prompt at the top of the page.
- Check your cart items carefully.
- Enter your shipping address to calculate the Shipping Cost.
- Click on Proceed to Checkout.
- You will be directed to the Checkout page where you will need to check your order, enter your contact information, shipping and billing information, and payment details. Click on Place your Order.
- Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
Our preferred method of Order is online on our Reason to Believe website. However, should you require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us here.
Can I place a bulk order?
Yes! For bulk orders please contact us here. Please provide us with the following details:
- The name of the product/s you wish to order in bulk.
- Quantity you required.
- The shipping address.
- Reason for your bulk order (i.e. to stock in your bookshop, or to share with family & friends etc.)
How do I view my order?
You can view your recent orders from your Account dashboard. Simply click on My Account, from the top menu bar under the Shop tab. Or Click here.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations should be requested as soon as possible, before your order is dispatched. You can make a request by replying to the confirmation email you received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments (Amex is not accepted) when you order online from our Reason To Believe website.
If you wish to pay by direct deposit to our bank account, please contact us here with your order request upon which we will issue an invoice with our bank account details.

Shipping Within Australia
We offer Standard delivery to all destinations within Australia at a flat postage rate of AU$9.99
Should you require your order urgently, please contact us here prior to placing your order and we will provide a quote for Express Delivery.
International Shipping
International orders are sent via Australia Post International standard shipping. Prices vary depending on the delivery destination and number of items ordered. See the below guideline for international shipping rates.

Delivery Times
Generally, delivery time to Australian destinations is approximately 4-6 business days via standard post.
For international destinations, expect up to 7-9 business days.
Accessing your Digital Product
How can I access my digital product (eBook, Digital Download Documentary & Audiobook)?
When you place an order for digital product, you will receive a confirmation email with step-by-step instructions on how to access them.
- You will need to download the media player called FluxPlayer on your computer, smart phone, iPad/tablet.
- Once you have downloaded FluxPlayer, you will be prompted to login to your FluxPlayer account using the login details provided in the confirmation email.
- You will be able then be able to view your digital product.
